On October 10, 2019, Prime Minister Lee Nak-Yeon announced that he would legalize semi-permanent surgery.
It is such groundbreaking news in Korea that semi-permanent procedures considered legalized from now on.
Until the law is enacted in earnest, many steps behind still need to be solved but it seems to be very encouraging as it is.
